cx-betaA 'Beta' stage service is one that's not quite ready for the big time yet. In our case we have developed Smart-Competitor with a couple of specific customer applications in mind, but almost daily we are adding new features and these all have to be integrated and tested by live users.

This means that some systems have occasional glitches, but also that they are improving daily. This doesn't mean that our service is in anyway sub-standard (in fact its arguable that our beta site users have a distinct advantage over later users as they are moving ahead already and they have a big input into our development).

At present we are working with limited set of beta users only, however we are happy to discuss working with others.

We will continue to class our service as 'beta' until such time that we have a stable product set and ready to accept all new customers.
