installWe'd like to say "Yes!", without reservation, but the lawyers tell us not to. So the answer is Yes, and no.

We provide high levels of security to ensure that your data is not available to anyone outside of your own users (and our support staff of course). All users have an individual login, and password, that is tied to their individual email address. Even with a password no-one gains access rights to your site unless your administrator grants access to them. Your adminisrator can, of course, rescind those rights should they leave the company or no longer need access. We can even put more stringent access rights in place so that users can only gain access whilst at your offices (for example).

However, ultimately, this is a browser based system and we cannot guarantee one of your registered users doesnot print out pages and pass them to another, or give away their password and login details.
